By accessing our website, booking an assessment, or submitting payments online, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website.

1. Scope of Services

Gracewell Home Care provides non-medical and supportive in-home care services, including but not limited to personal care assistance, companionship, respite care, meal preparation, and medication reminders across Calgary, Airdrie, and surrounding areas.

Non-Emergency Notice: Our website and home care services are not an emergency medical service. If you or your loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

2. Service Agreements & Care Plans

Use of this website to request care or schedule an assessment does not automatically establish an ongoing care engagement. In-home care services are governed by a separate, signed Client Service Agreement and Individualized Care Plan established following the initial consultation.

3. Online Payments, Fees & Billing

When paying for care hours, deposits, assessments, or retainers through our website:

Authorized Payment:You represent and warrant that you are the authorized cardholder or have explicit legal authority (such as Power of Attorney) to initiate transactions on behalf of the client.

Currency & Taxes: All prices and transactions are displayed and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes (such as GST) will be added where required.

Billing Errors: In the event of a duplicate or incorrect charge, please contact us immediately at info@gracewellhome.care so we can review and process appropriate adjustments.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Scheduled Care Visits: Cancellation of scheduled care visits must be provided within the advance notice period stipulated in your Client Service Agreement (typically 24 to 48 hours). Visits cancelled without proper notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full value of the scheduled shift.

Online Pre-payments & Deposits: Any deposits or advance service fees paid online are refundable only in accordance with the terms outlined in your signed Client Service Agreement. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including logos, branding, text, photographs, graphics, and design—is the exclusive property of Gracewell Home Care Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from this site without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
