• Payment Information: Billing address, cardholder name, and transaction confirmation numbers. (Note: All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways. Gracewell Home Care does not store credit/debit card numbers on its servers).

• Payment Processors: Secure third-party gateways handling online billing and transactions.
• Legal / Emergency Authorities: When necessary to respond to a medical emergency (e.g., 911) or to comply with applicable Canadian law.
